General

We're a family owned business.  In March of 2008 seven of us and two non-family investors scraped together cash from anywhere we could (including raiding a 401K - but considering that the market crashed at the end of the year, it actually cost less to take the tax hit).  Though informally one could smoke inside the bar before, we decided to limit smoking only to the enclosed outdoor patio.

We've done quite a bit of work on the place, and continue to do so.  We're currently remodeling the bathrooms, and plan to remove a wall to open more space for live music and a larger dance floor. 

We're a fully stocked bar, with the widest selection of liquor in the area, and a nice selection of different bottled beer and beer on tap (including Newcastle, Fat Tire, Blue Moon, Hefenweisen, and American Ale).  We generally have bands on either Friday nights or Saturday nights, and sometimes both nights.  Usually the bands begin around 9pm, and play till about 1am.
