Many, many of you have expressed your desire to help, and I know that for many this is cathartic.  Don't feel that you have to help, but if you want to, then please do.

Ok Folks, here's what we know so far.  As we get updates on who wants to do what I'll do my best to update this page as often as I can.

DATE OF MEMORIAL: Saturday May 23'rd, 2009 (Memorial Day Weekend)

TIME: 1:00 PM at the North Fork Rec Center - 12:00 PM procession from the Oakroom.

LOCATION: North Fork Recreation Center

    - NOTE: The funeral procession will start from the Oakroom Bar at 12:00pm.  First in the procession will be Deanna & Susan driving Chuck's jeep, because Deanna was the first to ever drive it, and Susan was the last to drive in it with Chuck.

Last in the procession will be Abby, Darrell, Dave, Misty, Jorene, & Pat, followed by Tim and Chuck (his ashes will be carried by Jay driving Chuck's motorcycle).  This order was chosen because that is the way they always rode together on their motorcycle trips.

You are welcome to join the procession anywhere in the middle of the order, as long as you respect the first and last assignments.

GENERAL INFO:

FAMILY AND FRIENDS TRAVELING FROM OUT OF AREA - - We realize the hotels are booked this weekend.  We will have blow up beds available, and will have tent camping space available on our home property.

LIQUOR - will be served.  Suggested donation is $3.00 per drink, $2.00 per beer.  If you want premium liquor, bring your own, because we can only offer this as a donation service, otherwise we have to apply for and pay for an event liquor license.
